मनातले सांगा, येताच आपापले ।।२।।
गडावर चढणे वा कविता करणे,
मजा करण्याचे, एकेक बहाणे।।३।।
थट्टा मस्करी कल्ला आणि स्वागत,
विना पार्टीचे, आमचे नाही भागत।।४।।
नविन बॉसचे, प्रेमळ सल्ले,
भेटा मला, जर काही अडले।।५।।

एच आर च्या हाती कागदांची यादी,
एकही नको कमी, मागणी साधी।६।।
नव्या नवख्यांना, इंडक्शनची गोडी,
ऐका प्रोडक्टची एबीसीडी।।७।।
समुद्रापलीकडून, सांगती कमाल,
अनुभवाचे बोल, विचारा सवाल।।८।।
अगणित अडचणी, चालाल चाचपडत,
येईल कुणीतरी, मिळेल मदत।।९।।
धोके असती फार, तरी मजेत जाईल दिवस,
पाऊल टाका पुढे, बिनधास्त करून पहाच,

New company, new pleasures & new thoughts,
Probation Period, worries about - they expect what ||
New friends, a roar welcome,
Express yourself, say what you feel ||1||
Your hobbies, are what sort of,
Say by Heart, when u talk ||2||
To climb the fort, or to compose poem,
Everything is way of having fun ||3||
Mind blowing jokes and fine welcome,
Joining party must, you are the new one ||4||
The new boss, lovely advices,
enjoy the work and Feel free to meet ||5||
List of documents, HR checks carefully,
No less one, demanding simply ||6||
New comer feels, melody in inductions,
Let's hear ABCD, about product A1 ||7||
From beyond the sea, telling exciting things,
When Experience speaks, ask questions freely ||8||
Countless small difficulties daily, face them carefully,
Somebody will come, to help definitely ||9||
Enjoy risks, do new things,
Let's walk forward, face audaciously ||10||
